Prices and Payment

Each item is stated with a price in Swedish Kronor, including VAT. However, for visitors outside Sweden the price will be shown in the currency of the visitors country.  In the shopping cart, you can view the total price, including all fees, taxes, shipping, and payment. Payment terms are provided in the shopping cart based on the chosen payment method.

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

The right of withdrawal follows the distance purchase law. Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you wish to withdraw. The withdrawal period starts on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them. If the agreement concerns a specially made item or an item that has received a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period starts on the day we provided the information. We do not apply the right of withdrawal to our menstrual cups as we must be able to guarantee that the item is unused upon return.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal: You are obligated to keep the item in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use it but can, of course, examine it carefully. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

Privacy Policy

When placing your order with Bananapads.com, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you consent to us storing and using your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may request the information to be corrected or removed. Contact us via email in such cases.

Deliveries

Shipping for our menstrual boxes is free, except for “customize your own box” orders below 49 SEK, where a shipping cost of 39 SEK is applied. For other products for private individuals, the shipping cost is 39 SEK. For products in the “For Companies” category, an individual shipping cost is determined based on the order’s size and the actual shipping cost.

Delivery time is specified in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If an item has a deviating delivery time, it is indicated for the respective product. Unclaimed packages are returned according to the applicable terms. Any return costs for unclaimed packages are paid by the buyer.

Unclaimed items are returned to us. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fees, and expedition fees, currently 150 SEK.

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense, except for defective items or if we have packed the wrong item. Returns should be sent as mail or packages, not as cash-on-delivery. In case of exchanges in connection with complaints, we will pay for the new shipping from us to you.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you should:

Refund Obligation:

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item, or, if it is a service, from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. You will have to pay the return shipping costs when sending back the item. We always cover the return shipping costs for so-called replacement items.
